Eduardo de la Rosa Genova is an investor and entrepreneur with a background in international finance, including experience at UBS. He brings expertise in investment, commercial strategy and business development, supporting founders as they build and grow ambitious companies.
Sam Liu
Founder and statutory director
Sam Liu is an entrepreneur and the founder of Rosary Capital. He began his entrepreneurial career after receiving support to buy his first computer and later built and exited a technology company. He is also the founder of TechStart, which creates paid employment and apprenticeship opportunities for young people. Through Rosary Capital, Sam is developing a new approach to connecting early-stage businesses with the commercial networks and expertise of the City of London.

Robert Hughes-Penney has spent over three decades in the City and is an Investment Director at Rathbones. He has held senior leadership and board roles within the business and is Alderman for the Ward of Cheap. His extensive experience across investment, governance and the City brings valuable perspective to Rosary Capital as it develops.
