Sam Liu is an entrepreneur, investor and founder of Rosary Capital, supporting early-stage tech businesses. He began his entrepreneurial career with a loan for his first iMac before building and exiting a technology company in 2019. Sam is also the founder of TechStart, which creates paid employment and degree apprenticeship opportunities for young people. He holds an honorary doctorate from the University of West London for his contribution to entrepreneurship and social mobility.
