Personal information may be shared with service providers that help Rosary Capital operate its website, email, IT, CRM, professional advice and business administration, where necessary for those purposes. These providers process information on our instructions under appropriate contractual terms.

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar or any similar tool, and there are no tracking pixels, video embeds or third-party CRM or form tracking scripts.

Our hosting platform runs a small first-party script, served from this domain, which records anonymous, aggregated page views and page performance measurements. It sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, does not identify you and is not used for advertising or profiling.

A small amount of strictly necessary browser storage is used: a local record of recent form submissions to prevent abuse of our enquiry forms, a short-lived record of your scroll position, and a session token for administrators who sign in to the site. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which does not set cookies but does receive your IP address in order to deliver the font files.

Because only strictly necessary technologies are used, no cookie consent banner is shown. If we introduce any non-essential technology in future, we will not load it before consent is given and will update this notice and our cookie policy beforehand.

Every form on this website links to this privacy notice. No marketing checkbox is pre-ticked, and marketing consent is always separate from submitting the form.

Founder and company information submitted through our forms is never automatically added to any marketing list.
